- What is a Premium Pass?

- A Premium Pass subscription allows you to view any game live and on demand regardless of division (no restriction). It also includes 20 free clip downloads per month. Cost is $24.99/month and you may cancel anytime.
- Why do I have to consent to Terms of Use during registration?

- Every user is required to read and accept the site Terms and Conditions of Use during registration. We want you to understand exactly why your personal information is collected and how our services work.
- Why have I been logged out of my account?

- If multiple users are attempting to login using your email and password, then you will be logged out. If you suspect someone has access to your account, please go through the steps to create a new password and prevent being logged out.
- How do I cancel my subscription?

- To cancel your subscription, please login and click the "My Profile" button at the top-right section of the page. In My Profile, you will see a button to cancel your account
- Once cancelled, you'll receive an email confirming that your subscription has been cancelled.
- How does the billing cycle work?

- Once you subscribe, you will be billed. A new billing month starts 1 month after the day you subscribe, and will carry over unless cancelled
- If you cancel your subscription mid-way through a month, you may continue to login and access your account through until the end of the month, then your subscription will cancel and you will not be billed anymore
- To see your billing period date, please visit your My Profile page
- Does my subscription automatically cancel at the end of the season?

- No. Every team’s season ends at a different time, and all games remain on demand until the following season resumes. We’ve left it up to the user to decide if they want to cancel their subscription or keep their account active.
- How do I watch from a mobile device?

- You can put https://sctahockey.gameonstream.com/ into your mobile browser.
- What if I forgot my password?

- On the main page, just click Login then select ‘Forgot My Password’ and we'll send you a link to re-set your Password.
- How do I create Clips and Download Clips?

- On the main page below the video player you will see tab for CREATE CLIPS.
- Just click on the CREATE CLIPS tab, locate the point in the game you want to Start clip, select Start Clip then End Clip (clips are limited to :30). You can make clips from any view.
- You can Review your clip, save your clip, add a name and details for the clips. Your clips will be located below each game (Clips Of This Game) and in your MY CLIPS file located in the main display. You can review your clips, delete your clips as well as download your clips. All downloads are subject to the Terms of Use.
- How do I download Games?

- Select the game you want to download from the On Demand menu then select the ADVANCED tab underneath the video player
- You can select the Download button and pick the view you wish to download. Downloads are subject to the terms of use and may require payment
- How do I create Bookmarks?

- While viewing an On Demand game, select the “BOOKMARKS” tab under the video player then click the “Create Bookmark” button to add a personal bookmark for that game.
- How do I select camera views?

- On the main page below the video player you will see Camera Views with camera icons. Just click on the view you want and the viewing angle will change
- You can also select views on the vide player both in regular view and in full screen by selecting the camera icons on the video
- Selecting Camera Views may only available when watching On-Demand games
